Her's did loose the color but only after she left it turned on for a day of school accadently, and honestly WHO CARES WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE it works good makes my hair amazing srtaight and curl it better than any curler ive ever used. and it keeps my hair healthier and unbroken, unlike other straightners.

Well, first off im pissed because the color is gone so the color of the straightener is white and silver now because it seems to be just spray painted. The color can not with stand the heat of the stupid iron so i spent like $170 on this piece and well it looks like it came out of the goodwill free cart, heck i dont even think the goodwill would want this thing. It straightens your hair, but heck one from walmart can do that and im sure it would still have the color. Shoot i'm afraid for people to even see this. I mean the color came off the first time i cleaned it, i use a glaze on my hair and well it burnt the color off of my hair onto the straighter and when i went to clean it off...well the color came with it. THIS THING IS CRAP DO NOT LISTEN TO the salespeople. IT IS CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!! can not stress it enough.
