SUCKS
that is all i can say
i have had 2 hot tools and they both blew up in smoke, snagged my hair, and damaged it so bad i had to get some of it cut off!
do not buy one

This hair straightener is awesome. I have had mine for 2.5 years and it is still going strong. The springs in mine broke, but it hasn't affected how the hair straightener works...I am used to it without the springs...I don't know if I would even want them now. I have really curly hair and this hair straightener gets it really straight and smooth. In short, I don't think the spring problem is a good reason to not buy this hair straightener!!

This hair straightener is great! It only left my hair smooth, ultra soft and straight. It worked great on my hair and I would strongly recomend it to anyone!
