i had one but then one day, when i went to turn it on it didnt. i tried different outlets and everything it just broke. but i loved it

People seem to complain that it doesn't heat up after a while but I've had mine for months, I use it everyday and it still heats up just fine.

I loved it. I have such thick curly hair this was the only one that made my hair super straight and because it¡¯s bigger than the other ones it cut the time in half. People have been complaining that it won't heat up but I've had mine for almost a year and it still works great.

I had this for about a month when it stopped heating up, but if you get a warranty on it, they will send you a replacement and my new one has been working great since!
