Its a great hair straighteners EXCEPT one flaw in its design. There is a screw kind of thing at the base of the iron pieces and if you are not overly cautious you can get your hair caught in it as you are straightning your hair and it will rip it out or snag it real hard.

It's a good straightener just i wanted. because it has fast heat up time 5-10 seconds to any temperature.it can charge in the hair and create smoother, shinier and calmer hair.
