Kiyoseki Ceramic Hair Straightener Set

I got m Kiyoseki as a present a few years ago. I was amazed how smooth my hair felt and that it was straight after just putting it through my hair only once! Almost a month ago it shut down and well, now it's gone. I tried contacting the customer care line, but they been shut down due to budget cuts, so now I'm looking for a new one. This product is excellent, but I'm not going to get it now since the warranty is only 60 days.

overall, i LOVED this straightener. it worked so well and it was very smooth through my hair. i didn't use it often but when my roommate discovered its excellency she used it ALL THE TIME. unfortunately, after 1.5 yrs it died....now i have to find a new one. But overall, I loved it!

this iron works like it says it does. The only problem is that when i was using it, it shut down on me and never worked again!!! I ordered it again, paid the 20 bucks for the replacement. right now it hasn't shut down on me cuz im trying not to use it a lot. I've ordered the bio ionic onep****and hope that it works better than this iron.overall the kiyoseki works fine.

I ordered a kioseki hair straightener 2 weeks ago and the next couple of days I received it. I have used it a few times and it is a really good product.

Shocking product!!!! Very poor quality for an exhorbitant price!
I had my 1st one for less than 3 months before it blew up. Then the replacement one blew up after about 6 weeks.
Now trying to get money back.
PLEASE do not buy this product. Choose a reputable well known brand!!

I have had 2 in about a years time. The first one went out when I had had it about 2 months, took me about 3 months to get the next one & it has just gone out last week. I am very dissapointed to have spent that kind of money & it not work.

This straightens really good; it was all shiny and everything but it died after like 3 months and i didn't even buy the warranty! It totally sucks w/out the warranty and you'll be wastin 120 bucks!

The straightening of the hair is excellent. Even the nappiest hair the curling iron help hook up your hair leaving it straighter than ever. However, it has problem in regard to the electricity shortage. The recommendation that I give people is to buy the lifetime insurance. I have three of those apparatus sent back and replaced. If you pay the $20 shipping and handling through the phone, you will receive the replacement really fast.
