I love HAI so much since the first time I used it. It creates incredible straight and it does no harm to the hair. I have used it for one year, and my hair is still smooth and shiny. I really love it.

I have tried multiple hair straighteners, and NONE have worked as amazing as this one. This straightener works every kind of hair types. I've had this straightener for three years and is still in great condition and works just as well as it did the day I bought it. This leaves your hair so straight and shiny and barely damages it. It takes very little time to heat up to the maximum heat setting. My friends would always use my straightener till they bought one their selves. This straightener leaves your hair smooth, shiny, soft & A LOT less prone to humidity causing your hair to get frizzy if it's humid outside. The Hai hair straightener also takes a lot less time to straightener your hair compared to other straighteners, and it leaves your hair straightened for days unless you wet/ soak it.
This works great on Caucasian to African American hair, from thin to coarse, wavy to extremely curly. The price may seem somewhat pricey, but I'm telling you it is worth it.

I own this, and have for a bout a year now. The ceramic is all burnt, and all it does is pull my hair. I paid a lot of money for it,, and am very dissatisfied.
