Love the product but wish it had an indicator light to let me know whether it is on or off. My old straightener had an LED light that saved me from accidentally leaving the straightener on after using it.

I had heard many people rant and rave about how good it is and how it is the best thing on the market right now. It did get my hair straight but it did no better than any of the other straightener. It was WORTH money!

CHI heats up fast, and hair stay straight a day long, works like a charm. I think I should not have wasted time on the other brands hair straighteners when I used it. If I have bought it earlier I would have saved lots of time. I love it, and my long hair looks so beautiful! Thanks Chi!

It usually takes about an hour to straighten my hair but now it only takes about 20-30 minutes! And my hair is less damaged and the chi is so easy to use. I am so pleased to this hair straightener.
