Worst Produce EVER

I bought the product at a kiosk at the mall. Very difficult to use. I wanted a hair curler not a straightner. Takes too long to curl and the curls falls out within 1/2 hour. Horrible. $200 for nothing. When I purchased I was not told it was nonrefundable. Hate the product. DO NOT BUY THIS, TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

Lasts for 13 months then dies

Bought this at a mall kiosk, worked ok for 13 months - one month past the warranty - then simply died. During the 13 months it did work, it burned me through the back of it (they say it can't - they are wrong) and the iron itself started burning, with brown burn marks appearing across it. DO NOT GET THIS, it is not worth it!!!
